It was a 50th wedding anniversary for this family. We’ve been discussing possible location for this large family group photo and decided to photograph family photos at the landa library, San Antonio. I had had such an awesome time photographing this family.

I had an oral surgery yesterday and haven’t fully recovered yet. I had to cover tonight’s game between San Antonio Spurs vs Utah Jazz. I focus on telling the story of the game since I knew Spurs gonna win this game.

I had to an assignment to shoot Dallas Mavericks NBA game day before Sumi & TJ’s Wedding. Took crazy early Saturday morning flight to Portland, pretty much start taking pictures as soon as I arrived. I fly to Portland at least several times a year, usually on night flights but this time was little nervous. I knew I had plenty of time since the ceremony starts at 4 but wanted to get there as soon as I could. As a matter of fact, I got there 20 min early and start taking their wedding photos at 10 AM. We discussed possible outdoor wedding picture locations around Portland area prior to their wedding and pearl district was one of Sumi’s choice. Shot a lot of basketball photos this month. I had to use monopods from time to time. To be honest, I didn’t even look at the images after transmitting them. Thought I would post couple of images I pick before moving them on to my server.
