Are there any Family or Friend dynamics that we need to be aware of to avoid offending anyone or causing unnecessary stress on the day of your wedding?
Wedding Day Photography Details
Please list out your family group photos you want taken:
*
Please put a * in front of each group, and list out each person in the group by name. Most people have about 8–10 groups, generally comprised of a larger family photo on each side (your parents, siblings, and grandparents) and then a few individual groupings of those closest to you. Please allow 2 minutes in your schedule for each group listed and inform the people on this list before the wedding about where and when they will be expected to be for these photos.

Anything specific you want to make sure I don’t miss or that have extra significance to you?
This is usually just a handful of shots of things that have extra significance, such as cuff links from the groom’s grandfather, a family member that is terminally ill that you want to make sure to get extra photos of, etc. You do
NOT
need to list typical shots such as “the ring” that we’ll be getting anyways. :)
Will there be a receiving line right after the ceremony?
Yes
No
If you do have a receiving line, please plan at least 30 minutes in your schedule for weddings with about 150 guests, and an additional 15 minutes for each additional 100 guests. If you are not planning a receiving line right after your ceremony, make sure you exit the venue or hide in a place out of site after the ceremony is over or you will inevitably end up with a receiving line. :)
Are you doing any special exits with rice, bubbles, sparklers, etc? If so, please describe when and where this will take place.
Give a short description of the ceremony including length.
Describe the travel arrangements for you and the bridal party between the ceremony and reception.
Please describe any special events or surprises during your wedding day that you will want us to capture.
For example, special choreographed dances or special gifts to someone at the wedding.
Expectations
What expectations do you have for your wedding day photography and for the portraits of just the two of you?
Please list any parent/family member expectations of the wedding photography that we should be aware of.

Would you like us to pursue publication of your wedding in magazines or wedding blogs? This is a great way to help other brides in their planning and to show off all the great details you had at your wedding.
Yes
No
Not all weddings submitted are accepted for publication. Generally weddings that have lots of details,
DIY
elements or a specific theme (such as a carnival theme) are most-often published. If your wedding is picked up for publication, you may be asked by the magazine or blog to provide additional information for your feature.
Are there any specific magazines or blogs you’d like us to submit your wedding to?
Vendors
Any information you can give us (contact person, names, email addresses, websites) is helpful for us to be able to give them a shoutout on our blog and also send them some photos from your wedding. Thank you for taking the time to do this! :) Your vendors appreciate it!
