High School Football: Aloha vs Beaverton

Right after PSU women’s soc­cer game, I stop by Aloha War­rior vs Beaver­ton Beavers game.  I grab a  Canon 5D Mark II + 17–40.  Just wanted to shoot crowd shot in case War­riors win.  Why 5D MK 2?  The sta­dium is so dark that I have to boost up the ISO to 6400.   AF is not so good and not designed to shoot sports but I need a tool that works in very very dark sit­u­a­tion.  When I got there, it was 4th quar­ter and looked like War­riors gonna score.  I quickly grab a 70–200 and ran to the end zone.

I really need to use flash or some­thing to be able to see player’s face.  It’s really bad espe­cially in the end zone.
